Patient Experience Week 2024 Have your say...

CTMU HB is celebrating Patient Experience Week and our shared commitment to patient-centred care.  Your feedback allows us to gain an insight into the experiences of the care we provide to you, your families, unpaid carers and friends.  This feedback allows us to understand what is working well, where we can drive service improvement, and share the learning from this.

To celebrate the roles our staff play in ensuring everyone who accesses care in CTM receives the care and attention that not only meets their needs but exceeds their expectations. Together, we're not just celebrating a week, we are forging a path toward continuous improvement and excellence in healthcare delivery for CTM and our communities.
