Mindfulness for Menopause

A progressive journey over 8 weeks. From a basic understanding and embodiment of meditation skills, through to working with difficult emotions, feelings and thoughts. MBLC provides a space to really create lifelong learning and supportive mechanisms to live mindfully.

This is 8 weeks in duration, over 2 hour sessions, and you would need to commit to attending all 8 sessions.

Sessions are either held over MS Teams or in person in groups of 6-8.
