Staying Well workshop

The purpose of our Staying Well workshop is to explore what emotional wellbeing is and how we can all support our wellbeing by using the Five Ways to Wellbeing.

The session lasts 1-hour and is delivered on Microsoft Teams as part of our rolling programme of wellbeing workshops but can also be delivered to teams across the health board upon request.
