A taster introduction to mindfulness, which explores emotional wellbeing, managing and regulating thoughts, feelings, sensations, emotions and self-care.  2 hour sessions, exploring and embodying mindfulness techniques, for personal interest, improving Emotional Intelligence, management of anxiety and perceived stress.
