Senior Public Health Practitioner

Hello, I’m Rachel Reed, Senior Public Health Practitioner for the Children and Families Team in Merthyr Tydfil. I joined the Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board Public Health Dietetics Team in February 2023 and I am really looking forward to developing the Merthyr PIPYN family programme. 

I have a passion to help families and young children in the local area lead healthier, happier, more active lives.

I enjoy outdoor walks in our beautiful valley with my dog Sheldon and my favourite healthy recipe is red fruit salad and natural yoghurt.
